SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to ship all orders within two working days. Deliveries usually take 3 - 5 working days from when your order has been shipped.
During the current Covid-19 situation, orders are being dispatched as normal however delivery times may take longer than usual.
Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if this has been provided incorrectly.
We currently use Royal Mail to ship all our orders.
Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your parcel a maximum of three times. Please ensure you are available to accept the delivery, or if not advise them of an alternative delivery option as failure to do so will result in your parcel being returned to us. If your parcel is returned to us, we will provide a full refund for your item(s) but cannot refund the shipping fee.

Return & Exchange Policy
Our 28 day return policy allows you to shop with peace of mind. We will process returns up to 30 days from date of purchase for items in unopened or unused condition with packaging intact.
What do I need to do in case of returning items?
If you are not happy with your purchase you can request a return within 14 days of delivery via email to email@example.com
You will then have 14 days to return the goods to us.

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the items and send you an email to notify you that a refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment minus initial shipping cost. Please allow 3 – 5 days for refunds to be processed once goods have been received (minus original cost of postage where applicable).
The goods need to be returned at your own cost, in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or if the item was shipped incorrectly due to a mistake on our behalf. In all other instances, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A deduction can be made if the value of the good has been reduced (you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession).
We suggest you take out additional postal insurance with your provider. Please retain proof of dispatch, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
Some items cannot be refunded if they have been unwrapped.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please email us a photograph and request either refund or replacements. We will cover the cost of the return postage if you can provide a proof of postage receipt.
We will process refunds immediately and you will receive an email notification, however please allow 5 - 10 days for your bank to show the funds. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Neikid Beauty is a UK company which upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
